Who We Are
FIRY is a global holding company built to fuel business potential. Skillz is the platform that invented real-money skill-based mobile gaming and still powers millions of competitive experiences today. RZR is our adtech platform, helping brands acquire and grow their audiences more intelligently. Beamable is developer tooling for game studios, giving teams what they need to build, operate, and scale live games.
On their own, each business solves a hard problem in its category. Together, they form a three-sided network connecting players, developers, and data, where every business gets smarter and more valuable as the others grow. Co-Ops at FIRY sit inside that network from day one, whether they’re working on corporate communications, workforce analytics, or a Skillz product team. What It’s Like to Work at FIRY
Our teams sit across Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Bengaluru, and the work genuinely crosses those offices. A communications project might touch Skillz one day and the corporate brand the next. A product question at Skillz can shape how we think about player experience across the whole portfolio. Co-Ops get pulled into that same cross-functional rhythm, working directly alongside the people who own these projects full time.
Las Vegas is our headquarters, and it’s where a lot of that energy shows up in person. We operate out of a 36,000+ square foot office with free daily catered lunch, a full gym, and a steady calendar of team events and happy hours that actually get people out of their seats. It’s a five-day-a-week, in-office culture built around people who like being around each other, not just working near each other, and that includes our Co-Ops.
