Todd Valli serves as the Chief Accounting Officer for FIRY. Prior to joining FIRY, Valli served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Tax & Chief Accounting Officer of Everi Holdings Inc., a gaming supplier that provides casino operators gaming and financial technology products and services, from September 2015 to July 2025. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations for Everi Holdings Inc., among other responsibilities, from September 2011 to September 2015. Valli holds an active Certified Public Accountant license in both the State of Nevada and Alaska. He also received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Managerial Finance and his Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Alex Walsh is the Chief Financial Officer at FIRY. He brings 20 years of progressive financial leadership across gaming, consumer products, manufacturing, and eCommerce. Most recently, Alex served as Chief Financial Officer of Aristocrat Gaming, the largest business segment of Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL), where he led a global finance organization across more than 300 jurisdictions across the globe. Prior to Aristocrat, he was Head of Finance for the Americas at The LEGO Group, and before that spent nearly eight years in senior finance roles at The Procter & Gamble Company.

Alex holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Indiana University Bloomington. He was named to the Las Vegas “40 Under 40” list in 2025.

Aman Sareen is CEO of RZR Global, where he leads the performance intelligence layer of the FIRY ecosystem.

Aman brings deep experience building and scaling businesses across programmatic advertising, martech, CTV, enterprise sales, and revenue operations. At RZR, he leads a global team focused on helping ambitious brands turn signals into strategy, campaigns into growth, and impressions into impact across user acquisition, retargeting, CTV, and influencer campaigns.

A serial founder and proven operator, Aman co-founded and scaled ZypTV to $20 million in annual revenue and $200 million in media transacted before its acquisition by Sinclair Broadcasting Group. At LG Ad Solutions, he built the company’s programmatic monetization infrastructure in under a year, helping establish LG Ads Plus as a premium CTV network with more than 100 global publishers and over $400 million in media and data partnerships.

Aman brings expertise across P&L management, product strategy, go-to-market, and enterprise sales. He is a published thought leader and frequent industry speaker, known for decisive leadership focused on scaling revenue while improving operational productivity. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a BS in Computer Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.

At FIRY, Aman helps connect RZR’s performance intelligence engine to the broader ecosystem. His work strengthens the brand growth and advertising layer of FIRY’s compounding network, helping RZR deliver retention-led growth intelligence for brands that compete in fast-moving markets.

Nicole Singleton is the Chief Human Resources Officer at FIRY, where she leads people-centered initiatives across the entire portfolio, spanning hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Nicole brings deep experience across human resources, organizational transformation, compliance, benefits, and employee relations. Before joining FIRY, she served as Vice President of Organizational Transformation at Groupon and previously held human resources leadership roles across the Zappos Family of Companies, where she specialized in HR business partnering and supported teams across hiring, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.

At FIRY, Nicole builds the talent systems, operating practices, and employee experience that allow one corporate team to support three independent businesses and a growing portfolio of products. Her work is the connective tissue that enables each entity to move with speed, clarity, and accountability.

Nicole received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is currently completing her MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
