Today, we’re officially welcoming Andrew Dahlinghaus back to FIRY as our General Counsel.
A Familiar Face
Andrew is not new to our team. He previously served as General Counsel at Skillz Inc. (now Firy Inc.) from 2023 to 2024, where he oversaw our legal and regulatory matters during an important chapter for the company. As FIRY continues to grow as a technology portfolio, we are thrilled to have him back.
Andrew’s Experience
Andrew brings 25 years of legal and operational leadership across highly regulated, technology-driven industries. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at TIFIN, where he aligned legal, compliance, finance, HR, IT, and security functions to support the company’s AI platform.
He has also held senior legal and compliance roles at Envision Pharma Group, Clario, JUUL Labs, and ConvaTec Group plc. His experience includes leading commercial legal work on Covidien’s acquisitions of Barrx Medical, superDimension, and Given Imaging, and supporting ConvaTec’s public listing on the London Stock Exchange.
Andrew has built and managed compliance, audit, and data protection functions across teams in the U.S., China, India, Singapore, Colombia, Switzerland, Israel, and the UK. He brings deep expertise in M&A, enterprise risk management, and data privacy.
