A Space Built for Our Team
Our FIRY Las Vegas office is designed with collaboration in mind. Since FIRY brings together three business units under one roof, our headquarters gives teams from Skillz and RZR a shared space to work side by side, share ideas, and build on each other’s momentum.
We also believe that supporting our team means supporting their wellbeing, not just their workload. That is why our HQ includes an on-site gym and shower facilities, giving employees an easy way to fit in a workout during the day without sacrificing time at home in the evening. It is a small detail that makes a real difference in how our team balances work and life.
A Hub for the Community, Not Just Our Team
FIRY HQ is not just a place where our own team gathers. We regularly open our doors to host and sponsor events for the broader Las Vegas tech and business community, because we believe strong local ecosystems benefit everyone in them.
In July, we were proud to host the inaugural meeting of the Cloud Security Alliance Las Vegas chapter right here at our headquarters. It was a great example of how our space can serve as a gathering point for professionals across the city, not just the people who work here every day.
Meet the Victory Truck
Parked in our HQ garage, you will find one of the more unexpected parts of our tour: the Victory Truck. This custom vehicle is a mobile extension of our brand, built to bring the FIRY and Skillz experience directly to the community.
We take the Victory Truck out for activations like First Friday Las Vegas and Tech Alley Vegas, and it has even made an appearance at GDC. Each stop gives us a chance to connect with players, developers, and neighbors in a setting that feels a little more personal than a booth or a banner. When it is not out on the road, it lives right here at HQ, ready for its next stop.
A Home Base for a Global Team
While our headquarters is rooted in Las Vegas, it is far from a local-only space. FIRY HQ is a frequent gathering point for teammates visiting from San Francisco, Bengaluru, and our RZR and Skillz Bangalore offices.
These visits are a regular part of how we work. They give teams that usually collaborate across time zones a chance to sit in the same room, work through projects together, and build the kind of relationships that only happen in person. It is one more way our headquarters reflects the connected, cross-functional culture we have built across every FIRY location.
