Today, we’re officially welcoming Alex Walsh to the FIRY leadership team as Chief Financial Officer.
Alex joins FIRY from Aristocrat Gaming, the largest business segment of Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL). He rose from Senior Vice President of Finance to CFO, leading a global finance organization across the US, UK, Australia, India, and China. Along the way, he built integrated business planning, redesigned sales operations, led cost rationalization, and owned the segment’s five-year strategy and capital agenda.
Prior to Aristocrat, Alex was Head of Finance for the Americas at The LEGO Group, where he drove retail growth, led the organization’s eCommerce expansion across Latin America, and navigated the company through significant industry disruption. Before LEGO, he spent eight years at Procter & Gamble, rising from supply chain finance to FP&A Group Director across a portfolio spanning brand management, manufacturing, and category operations. He earned the CEO Award, given to the top 0.5% of employees globally.
At FIRY, Alex will oversee financial strategy, capital allocation, and investor relations across the FIRY portfolio of Skillz, RZR, and Beamable. He reports to FIRY Chief Executive Officer & Founder Andrew Paradise.
