Who We Are
FIRY is a founder-led global holding company, started by entrepreneur Andrew Paradise in 2012. We are the parent of three businesses:
- Skillz, a skill-based mobile gaming platform
- RZR, an AI-powered adtech platform
- Beamable, which provides developer tooling for game studios
Our teams work across disciplines and time zones, and many of our people contribute to more than one business. Our headquarters is in Las Vegas.
Corporate Roles at FIRY
FIRY HQ is not just a place where our own team gathers. We regularly open our doors to host and sponsor events for the broader Las Vegas tech and business community, because we believe strong local ecosystems benefit everyone in them.
Our corporate teams support FIRY as a public company and work across all three of our businesses.
Finance and Accounting
This team manages corporate accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations. As a public company, accuracy and trust are central to their work.
People, Legal, and Operations
Our People Operations team handles talent acquisition, learning and development, and workforce analytics. Legal, IT, and Workplace teams keep the company running smoothly and support every employee.

Across Skillz, RZR, and Beamable, we hire for the types of roles below. Some teams focus on one business, and others support more than one.
Product, Design, and Analytics
Product managers, designers, and analysts work together to decide what we build and how it should work. Our analytics teams study product performance and player retention so we can make better decisions with data.
Player Advocacy and Trust and Safety
At Skillz, these teams put players first. They research what players want, support our most engaged players, and lead player protection and compliance work so our platforms stay fair and safe.
Adtech Sales, Growth, and Campaign Operations
RZR is our AI-powered adtech platform, and its teams help advertisers grow through user acquisition, retargeting, and Connected TV campaigns. Roles include campaign analysts who set up and optimize campaigns, growth managers who partner with our largest advertisers, sales and partnerships leads who work with agencies and publishers, and data science and machine learning roles. RZR roles are based in cities including San Francisco, New York, Bengaluru, and Manila.
Our Co-op Program
We also offer co-op roles for students and early-career talent. Recent co-op openings have included positions in communications, platform communications, and workforce analytics, based at our Las Vegas headquarters. Co-ops work on real projects alongside our full-time teams and get hands-on experience inside a public technology company.

Our headquarters is in Las Vegas, and we have teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. Depending on the role, positions may be based in Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York, Bengaluru, Manila, or remote within the US. Each job posting lists its location.
